This is a 7 night trip to Arctic Northern Norway, with stunning mountain peaks and deep dark cobalt blue fjords.
This is a photographer’s paradise with amazing views, from deep fjords, imposing sheer mountain faces, frozen waterfalls, fishing villages nestled on rocky outcrops, secluded harbours, beautiful glacial valleys to stunning island views, an amazing environment for lovers of the great outdoors, wildlife and photography.
The arctic air is pure and crisp, the Sunrises and sunsets in the winter last several hours giving photographers fantastic opportunities to capture the landscapes in this dramatic location. We will also aim to capture the Northern Lights during some of the evenings.
This scenery is some of the most dramatic in the world, you will never have seen anything quite like this before.
During the trip we will travel to several locations for sunset each day, you will always be accompanied by a photographic guide to show you the location and help you with achieving the best shots possible. We will then be out for the rest of the day to capture the sunset before returning to our base. Dependent on the weather we will then head back out during the evening to search for the Northern Lights.
Fly from UK & arrive to the airport in Norway, & travel south to our first night's accommodation in our Norwegian home.
We will leave our accommodation and head out to the rugged terrain to create some images. In the evening we will head out to search for the Northern Lights or take a walk out across the river on the local tracks.
We will head back out and travel to the coastal landscape for sunrise and spend the day exploring the rugged coastline and the iconic photogenic locations. We will stay out or head out later in the evening we will again head out seeking The Northern Lights or visit the local groomed cross country skiing tracks.
This morning we will travel out to the coast of the island, starting at sunrise, we will travel to discover the bays and beaches and capture images of the Fishing Villages. In the evening we will again head out hunting for The Northern Lights
We spend the day travelling around stunning glacial terrain and visit some of Norway’s oldest fishing villages, with their idyllic wooden fisherman’s rorbiers and imposing fishing buildings. In the evening we will again drive out to capture The Northern Lights.

Will head back to the airport to travel home.
The weather in Northern Norway is changeable so the itinery may change, but we will visit the iconic photographic locations en route, if the nights skies allow we will also head out to capture the Northern Lights.
